Do you provide International delivery?

What is your returns policy?


Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned. Merchandise that has been worn, used, washed, or altered will not be accepted. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Buyer pays for return shipping. 

Please note that all sale and clearance items are final unless damaged.

No returns or exchange.

How do I return an item?


 To return your damaged merchandise using your own trackable and insured shipping method, mail the item to be returned inside the original plastic packaging. We will provide you a packing slip that you will need to place inside. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process a refund in accordance with this policy.

How do I track my order?


When your order is placed on our secure check out page, you will receive a receipt via email and once the order is processed tracking information will be provided via email.


How do I order If I am already in Fort Wayne.

What are your delivery options?


Currently their is only one delivery option, Standard Economy Shipping world wide. In the US you will receive items usually via USPS. An email after purchase will disclose everything.
